For those clubs who have just joined us, we provide regular Updates which carry important information that you, as club officials, need to know about and share with your managers and coaches. These Updates are normally weekly throughout the season. If you miss one, past issues can be found on YELonline.com.

July 24th -Very important deadline day
A very important deadline by which a number of key milestones need to have been reached in order for clubs/teams to continue their progress towards the start of the season – see below in red.
Player registration will open from 1st July
We understand from The FA that player registrations will open on July 1st. It is mandatory this year for all registrations to have online consent and players be successfully linked to a parent/carer account. Please ensure you get your players updated/registered on the system ASAP, Please don’t leave it until the last minute as the system has a nasty habit of becoming overloaded. There are over 200,000 players that need to be in the system by the start of the season so make sure you have all the player information and photographs ready for uploading from the 1st. Club affiliation completion deadline
All YEL member clubs must have their affiliation completed by 24th July in order for their teams to be able to continue their progress towards the start of the season. Any clubs that have not completed are likely to have their acceptance into the league withdrawn and their teams removed from the league. Please ensure everyone, including your County FA, is aware of this.
League Fees and Withdrawals
All league fees must be paid by 24th July. Failure to do so will result in the team/teams being removed from the league. Teams can withdraw from the league up until midnight on July 24th without charge. Any league fees paid for the withdrawing team, will be refunded. From 25th July onwards, any team withdrawing with forfeit any fees paid and the club will be required to pay the fees if they haven’t already been paid.
Club Officials and Team contacts – Scoreline update and log in requirement
Confirming contact information – All club secretaries have received an email from the YEL Office regarding checking club officials/team contacts are correct – names, email addresses and mobiles. Thanks to those club secretaries who have already completed this. If you haven’t, please do so ASAP. Log into Scoreline, click clubs & teams menu item, select my club, click the blue club button to access your club and check the info (sending an email to the YEL Office with a list of any amendments/updates) then click the ‘confirm done’ button at the top of the page.
Scoreline log in – It is a league rule that ALL club officials and team contacts registered on Scoreline log into the system before the season starts. This will automatically verify the user. Any club officials that don’t, will prevent all teams in the club from playing in the YEL. Any team contacts that don’t, will prevent that individual team from taking part. Please ensure everyone registered, logs in ASAP
