Any team that is removed from the league after midnight on July 24th must pay their full league fee entry invoice or forfeit any league fee that has already been paid. It is vital that clubs/teams check and make sure that the correct number of players are committed to joining a team to ensure it is able to take part in the league.
League fees payment now due
We are requesting that league fees are paid by July 24th. The involvement of any teams that have not paid the fees by this date will be reviewed by the league. REMINDER – We no longer accept cheque payments. All payments to be made using online banking. We will be review the status of all clubs on Mon/Tues 25th/26th
Minimum numbers of players registered on Whole Game System
To date, over 9,000 players have been registered out of what we expect to be 16,500/17,000. We are wanting every team to have the minimum number of players registered by July 24th – U7/U8 – 5 players; U9/U10 – 7 players; U11/U12 – 9 players; U13/U14 – Schools break up on or around this date and it will be harder to signed/completed after this date and, more importantly, we need to check the viability of every team. The involvement of any teams that do not have the min number of players registered by this date will be reviewed by the league Mon/Tues 25th/26th
Club affiliation
The future involvement of any clubs in the league that have not reached the minimum stage of ‘Ready for review’ in the process with their county FA by 24/7 will be considered on a club by club basis and a decision made after consultation with the relevant County FA. We will review the status of all clubs on Mon/Tues 25th/26th

IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR U12-U14 TEAM MANAGERS. If your team has had a significant number of players leave/join (4 or more) which has strengthened/weakened your team since the end of the 21/22 season, please email the YEL Office with details so we can ensure that we place you in the correct ability based division. These divisions are currently being created.
